OPEN COLLAB / REMIX CONTEST 2006

This is just a short translation in a very unperfect english, sorry. please feel free to send me corrections or ask questions.
Some of you maybe remember the Open Collab 2002 (sorry, german version only), now it is time for a new one, this time it is a Remix Contest.
BACKGROUND:
I have written a pop song that i actually wanted to offer to other artists and recorded it to get an impression of it. But it was not the genre they were looking for. so i wondered what to do with the song and, before i start remixing myself, decided to start an open collab / remix contest.

PARTICIPATE
everyone can participate. please email me to {emailaccount closed} to get a Login to download the single tracks (they are online since 2005-12-15)
In principle there are no regulations (except that you may not use any copyrighted matierial). I am looking forward to hear cool tracks by musicians of any style.
The names of all remixers/artists will be published on the pattysplanet website and will be presented with their tracks in february.
THE WINNER
The winner track will be released on the new pattysplanet album (2006, probably in spring).
A note to all who do a remix because they like to win the contest:
The album will be mostly downbeat and athmospheric stlye, maybe with some trippy funky influences. i will choose in a very subjective way which track i like most and fits best the other songs on the album.
so, if you like to have a listen to some current work stuff of the album, you can find some snippest here (is still updated)

In February the tracks will be presented and the winner will be choosen until the end of February.
